Our Subscription Packages include support of a strong team of L1, L2, and L3 engineers and system architects 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with no weekends and holidays.

The servers that we support on a subscription basis are incorporated into the Monitoring System - a REMSYS unique in-house development that allows avoiding false alarm responses. Servers are monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at five-minute intervals. Our monitoring is proactive. This means that our staff gets at the problem immediately after the Server Down message. If the problem is not resolved within 10 minutes, the server will send a message to the owners to alert them of the problem. Meanwhile REMSYS experts will keep on addressing technical issues linked to the alarm response of Monitoring System.

SLA - quality guaranteed!

In order to make our customers feel confident that their requests for technical support will be resolved in timely and completely manner, we have implemented a Service Level Agreement (SLA) which covers all standard support packs. How much would Server Management Subscription Service cost?

It will cost no more than a robust and continuous operation of your server. Initial server setup in the Monitoring System and introduction in the control and documentation system will cost you $50.00 regardless of the package you choose.
