There is no problem here. Our own solution (RS-NDM) allows you to reduce the downtime to a few minutes. In this case the migration is non-disruptive for both server owners and site visitors.

SLA - quality guaranteed!

In order to make our customers feel confident that their requests for technical support will be resolved in a timely and complete manner, we have implemented a Service Level Agreement (SLA) which covers all the standard support packs. There is no standard package for Data/Server Migration (because of a lot of customer's specifics which need tailored approach), so we can develop a special SLA covered plan for you.

How much will data / server migration cost?

The cost of migration depends on what, how and where the data migrates. To be more exact, it depends on how long it will take to prepare for migration and to actually transfer data. The total cost of work will be based on the number of hours spent (3 hours minimum) multiplied by the cost of one hour of services performed (from $37.00 per hour).

As usual, time is billed in 15 minute increments. To calculate the approximate duration of the works (and hence their cost), we would ask you to outline your Technical Requirements. We will consider them as quickly as possible, and advise you on the expected duration of the works.
