Entering patient payments and charges often times results in entering a comment line that is repeated over and over.  The Helpers allow you to build lists of quick and easy to use comments for the payments and charges separately.  You can create as many data items as you want in each category but a relatively small list is probably the best.  If you find yourself entering the same comment over and over again this is a perfect candidate for either of these lists.  The lists can be edited through Helpers Payment Comments and Helpers Charge Comments.

Using the lists just requires selecting the drop down in the comment field for payments or charges.  Once you select the comment you can also easily alter any part of it and make it unique to the transaction.

In the same way you can create lists of Appointment Reasons.  When entering an appointment simply change the Description by selecting the drop down list and selecting one of the items you have entered in the list.
