The Patient sub-folders include folders for showing patients By Diagnosis Codes and By Procedure Codes. Each list shows the data grouped per code. Each line item shows the basic patient information plus the date of the last claim for that patient using the specified code, the amount billed and the amount paid. Each group contains a footer including the totals for the amount billed and amount paid. As with the other folders, the By Diagnosis Codes list covers all transactions in the database, the By Diagnosis Codes YTD list covers only those for the current year, and the By Diagnosis Codes Last Year list covers only those for the prior year.

These folders are really useful in analyzing which procedure and diagnosis yield the least and greatest return as well as their frequency.
