The Patient sub-folders include folders for showing patients By POS. Each line item contains the POS, DOS, doctor, referral, patient, and insurance information. The data is grouped per POS and doctor.

The list shows patients based upon the POS but excludes all POS values of 11 or 12. This restriction can be easily removed by using Tools->Edit Layouts and selecting the TPatientsByPOS.lyt, TPatientsByPOSLastYear.lyt, or TPatientsByPOSYTD.lyt. If the bottom box for showing the SQL is not displayed click on Toggle SQL and then remove the following line:
    WHERE RIGHT('000' + ALLTRIM(PostFile.Place), 3) > '012'
Of course, click on Save after making the edit. A right click Restore Default Layout will always restore the layout to the factory setting.

Below is a view of the By POS sub-folder. 

The By POS YTD and By POS Last Year sub-folders differ from By POS only by the obvious date range restriction (all, last year, year-to-date).

These folders can help you determine the number of patients you've seen in different locations and when you've seen them there.
