The Patient sub-folders include one folder for showing patients By Insurance and another for showing those patients by Responsible Party.  The By Insurance list shows all patients including those with no insurance.  The list is grouped by insurance carrier with the patients sorted by last name. Each line item contains the basic patient information plus the patient's insurance information. The latter includes the policy number, contact, phone, plan name, employer, etc. The age and DOB are also included. The default layout does not show all of the data available but with a simple right click on the list and then a left click on Show Fields the remaining fields can be added to the visible list.

Below is a view of the By Insurance sub-folder. 

The Responsible Party sub-folder lists all of the patients that have the "Send Bill To Resp. Party" section of the patient account filled in.  Each line item contains the basic patient information and the Responsible Party information.
