The Patient sub-folders include three (3) folders that show the DOS (Date Of Service) Report:  DOS Report, DOS YTD Report, and DOS Last Year Report.  The DOS Report folder gives a complete date-of-service breakdown.  The data is grouped per year and month.  The footers for each grouping show totals for each of the respective columns of data as appropriate.  The data shown includes every procedure performed on any given DOS.  This includes the total charge, amount paid, the respective amounts due from each payor, and how much each payor has paid.  Of course, the necessary patient contact information is also shown.  In addition there are many other fields that can be shown including all primary and secondary insurance information, the procedure performed, and more.

The DOS YTD Report and DOS Last Year Report are computed according to their respective date ranges.  They show much of the same information as DOS Report with the difference being the restricted time frame.

These folders can be very useful during a financial analysis of your business.
