If the problem is not resolved within 10 minutes, the server will send a message to the owners to alert them of the problem. Meanwhile REMSYS experts will keep on addressing technical issues linked to the alarm response of Monitoring System.

In order to make our customers feel confident that their requests for technical support will be resolved in timely and completely manner, we have implemented a Service Level Agreement (SLA) which covers all standard support packs. It will cost not more than a robust and continuous operation of your server. Initial server setup in the Monitoring System and introduction in the control and documentation system will cost you $40.00 regardless of the package you choose.
